Returns & Exchanges

At Needlejuice Records, we want to ensure your collection sounds perfect, so we offer returns or replacements on defective or damaged media within 30 days of delivery. Please note that minor cosmetic wear on outer sleeves is common in shipping and may not qualify for a full return.

Return Process

  Inspect Your Order

  Examine your vinyl, CDs, or cassettes upon arrival for any playback issues or significant structural damage caused during transit.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and clear photos or videos documenting the defect or damage to initiate the claim.

• 3.
  Receive Authorization

  Once reviewed, we will provide you with a return shipping label or confirmation for a replacement copy to be dispatched to your address.

• 4.
  Ship the Item

  Securely pack the original item in its original mailer and drop it off at the designated carrier location to complete your exchange or refund.
